School Readiness
School readiness programs for children aged 3½ to 5 – building the skills that make the transition to school smooth, confident, and exciting.
The early years are critical. Research consistently shows that children who arrive at kindergarten with strong foundational skills – in literacy, numeracy, communication, and self-regulation – are better placed to thrive throughout their entire schooling journey.
It’s not about pushing children ahead of their age. It’s about making sure they have what they need when the time comes.
At Bangor Learning Centre, our school readiness programs are designed to build those foundations in a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment – at the child’s own pace.
B4School
Language and communication skills are the foundation for every part of early learning. At 3½ – 4 years old, children are developing the abilities they need to understand instructions, develop thinking and problem-solving skills, express their needs, and participate confidently in a classroom environment.
Prep4School
For children in the year before school begins. This program gives students a real head start by introducing the key skills kindergarten teachers expect from day one. By developing these skills for school, Prep4School helps reduce anxiety and builds your child’s confidence.
